ASAP Requirements- Active and unrestricted Ohio
CNA/STNA
certification- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
- Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting and mobility assistance Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Assist with resident comfort and personal care needs
