CNA Join Our Caring Team! We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nursing home team. Position Summary The CNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, assisting residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition. Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights. Document care provided according to facility policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies. Qualifications Current Ohio CNA certification required. Compassionate, positive, and patient-centered approach to resident care. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
