Job Description

Bartlesville Assisted Living is looking to hire experienced, friendly, qualified Nurse aides to assist our residents! Double Weekend shift available Pay is based upon years of experience Pay period attendance bonus offered Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance offered to full time employees after a waiting period
Responsibilities and Duties:
Bathing and dressing patients Taking vital signs Collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and doctors. Answering patient calls Examining patients for bruises and other injuries/wounds Turning or repositioning bedridden patients Lifting patients into beds, wheelchairs, or tables Cleaning and sanitizing patient areas Provide and empty bedpans Changing sheets and restocking rooms with necessary supplies Bathing and dressing patients
Experience Requirements:
Certified by the state as a Nurse Aide. Successful completion of a nurse aide course that meets federal/state requirements. Successful completion of the written competency exam and the skills demonstration evaluation required for home health aide certification by the agency. Takes oral and written instruction well. Works in a team responsibly and independently without direct supervision. Record observations and activities as well as good communication skills.
EDUCATION
