Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties As a Nursing Assistant, your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring and recording vital signs and patient information Providing support for patients with developmental disabilities, dementia, or Alzheimer's care Assisting with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts Maintaining patient hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with aseptic techniques Documenting patient care accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Supporting patients during critical care situations and emergency medicine scenarios Engaging in ongoing education related to geriatrics, and various medical conditions Experience Candidates should possess the following experience or skills: Long-term care experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities Proficiency in using EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks or DME systems Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those you care for!
