Job Description

Job Summary Full-time, Part Time, And PRN $1500 sign on bonus for full-time employees We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring the comfort and dignity of those we serve. These are daytime or nighttime positions. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates. Provide support in administering medications and treatments as directed by nursing staff. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with mobility by using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and wheelchairs. Support patients with specialized needs, including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and developmental disabilities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Engage with patients to provide emotional support and companionship. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Nursing Assistant training program preferred. Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required. Experience in acute care, long-term care, or home care settings is beneficial. Basic life support (BLS) required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in providing quality patient service.
