Job Description

    Come be a part of the team!!! 6AM-2PM weekdays 2PM-10PM weekdays 10PM-6AM weekdays 6PM-6AM weekdays and weekends 6AM-6PM weekends and weekdays ```Duties```
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as gastric lavage and catheterization
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans ```Qualifications```
  • Valid certification as a nursing assistant or completion of a nursing assistant training program
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures
  • Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control practices
  • Experience in providing care for patients with various medical conditions, including hospice care and working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to perform physical examinations and assist with physical therapy exercises
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health record systems (EHR)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
