CNA - PRN - Shifts in Beaverton, Lebanon, Mt Angel, and Newberg - Must have an active OR CNA license

Overview Integrated Healthcare is hiring PRN CNAs for local facility staffing opportunities in Beaverton, Newberg, Mt. Angel, and Lebanon only. We offer flexible full-time or part-time scheduling so you can work when it fits your availability. As a W-2 employer, we provide weekly pay and ongoing support from our staffing team. Great opportunity for CNAs looking for flexible hours and consistent local work. Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and families Assist with transfers, repositioning, and use of mobility equipment safely Support residents with meals, hydration, and feeding assistance as needed Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments Document care provided and communicate effectively with facility staff Respond promptly to resident needs while adapting to different facility environments as a PRN CNA Experience Must have an active Oregon CNA license in good standing Must have recent nursing home experience after obtaining CNA certification Must be able to work a minimum of one shift per month to remain active Must communicate consistently and professionally with the Integrated Healthcare staffing team Must be dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in different skilled nursing facilities Must be able to independently perform CNA duties with minimal orientation This is a staffed agency position with direct recruiter support — we are not app-based staffing like Nursa or Clipboard If this position sounds like a fit for you, please reply interested or call directly 503-972-0490

Pay:

$26.00 - $27.00 per hour

Please note, applicants without both qualifications will not be considered for these positions. Are you able to travel to any of the following cities for work: Beaverton, Newberg, Lebanon, or Mt. Angel? These are the only locations where we currently have available shifts. Do you have availability to work 1-2 shifts per week? As a W-2 agency, we do require active employees to consistently pick up shifts. Would $26/hr for weekday day and evening shifts, and $27/hr for all other shifts work for you? Unfortunately, we are unable to negotiate pay rates. Do you currently have a valid CPR certification, TB test results from within the last 11 months, and the "Providing Inclusive Care" and "Dementia Care" certificates through Oregon Care Partners?
