Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training:

Completed or currently participating in a CNA training course or equivalent educ/experience Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire. National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire.

Preferred Qualification:
