Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) Active CNA certification (required)
BLS/BCLS
(Healthcare Provider) certification (required) Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a residential treatment setting Support individuals recovering from substance use disorders Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team Maintain accurate documentation using
EPIC EMR
