Full-time Daylight (6:30am-3:00pm) with Rotating Weekends and Holidays. $1.50/hr No-Insurance Supplement Available! Join our compassionate Personal Care team at Concordia at Villa St. Joseph! We're looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our Daylight Shift team as a Non-Certified Nursing Assistan t. In this role, you'll provide hands-on care and support to our residents—helping with daily needs, ensuring comfort, and creating a safe, welcoming environment. Additional paid vacation days for experienced hires!! Key Responsibilities as a
Non-Certified Nursing Assistant :
Assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility support and assist with repositioning and transfers Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Offer companionship and emotional support to residents Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to ensure quality care Qualifications for the
Non-Certified Nursing Assistant:
No certification required — training provided! Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting preferred Compassionate, patient, and reliable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available for night shifts and every other weekend
