Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 7-week contract assignment in Bridgeville, PA. This position involves providing dedicated 1:1 care for a current resident while supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate must be flexible with scheduling, as the facility requires staff to work assigned schedules based on operational needs. Self-scheduling is not permitted. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and 1:1 resident support Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and personal hygiene Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Document care activities accurately and timely Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols Deliver compassionate and respectful care at all times Requirements Active CNA certification required Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Ability to work 12-hour day shifts Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility required Must be comfortable working in a 1:1 care environment
