Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor vital signs and report changes to nurses and physicians Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Participate in resident care conferences and other interdisciplinary team meetings Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and families Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare software applications About the
