Job Description

TriSource is seeking DSP/CNA staff to begin working within a well known non-profit that supports IDD adults within a Day Program located in Collegeville, PA.
Pay Rate:
$20/hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:45a-3:30p
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of IDD experience Active CPR and First Aid certification Active Driver's License + ability to transport clients as needed•TB/PPD (completed within the past 12 months) Ability to pass federal background check + drug screening CNA background and/or degree in Human Services is high preferred
Responsibilities:
Assist with ADL's based on individuals specific needs including personal care and personal support Support and implement activities and tasks to assigned individuals based on the assigned care plan Provide overall companionship and support for disabled individuals Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Provide supervision and protective oversight of assigned individuals ensure their safety and well-being Apply here today if you are interested in learning more! #IND1
