Job Description
PA state licensed home care agency looking for an experienced CNA or HHA to care for an elderly client. Responsibilities include helping with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assisting with medication following proper procedures providing specialized care for dementia or Alzheimer's patients meal planning/ meal prep, light housekeeping /laundry working with healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care observant/report any changes in client's condition to home office while respecting privacy laws like HIPAA transporting clients to outings and appointments. Requirements are at least 5 years elder/dementia care experience in home care or facility environments 2 or more verifiable work references a background free of prohibited offences PA residency for 2+ years completed TB test valid PA driver's license /personal insured vehicle.
