Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Certified Nurses Aide to join our team at Loyalhanna Care Center in Latrobe, PA. As an Overnight Certified Nurses Aide, you will provide high-quality resident-centered nursing care and services to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist each assigned resident with individualized nursing care and services, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide resident-centered nursing care and services, as directed by the resident's care plan and under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Record all charting into Point Click Care accurately and in a timely manner Report changes/incidents in the resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Licensed Practical Nurse immediately Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information Ensure resident safety and well-being by reporting any potential or actual safety hazards to Maintenance and Supervisor Participate in scheduled mandatory in-services and education to maintain current knowledge and skills Demonstrate knowledge of normal and abnormal aging sensory changes and relationship to resident safety Provide basic communication skills to speak and communicate respectfully Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as instructed by supervisors

Requirements:

Must possess a GED or High school Diploma Must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state Must have effective oral and written communication skills Must meet all local health regulations and criminal background checks, post-offer drug test, and post-offer physical exam, if required Must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements Must be able to obtain and record vital signs manually and electronically How to
