As a Nurse Aide, you will deliver compassionate, person-centered care that prioritizes the physical, hygienic and emotional well-being of every resident. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, sanitary, and compliant therapeutic environment that adheres to all state licensing standards. You will work side-by-side with a professional clinical team to facilitate rehabilitation and restorative programs, empowering residents to reclaim their independence and achieve personal fulfillment. By utilizing therapeutic communication and crisis prevention techniques, you will serve as a steadfast advocate and foster a culture of positive interaction. Additionally, you will be a key contributor to the interdisciplinary team, assisting in the development and execution of individualized care plans designed to optimize recovery and long-term health outcomes. Full-time employment, 40 hours per week Work hours are 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM (2nd shift), with a 30-minute lunch or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3rd shift), with no lunch. You will have rotating on and off duty days, including weekends and holidays. Your schedule may change based on operational needs. Overtime and travel as operationally necessaryTelework:

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents.Special Requirement:
This position is assigned to a long-term or specialized care facility and requires active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.Other Requirements:
PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. You must be able to perform essential job functions.Legal Requirements:
