Job Description
Gateway Hospice is looking for a part-time hospice CNA with at least one year of experience to do patients visits in the area north of the city of Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hospice patients or the geriatric population, have a dependable vehicle, acceptable driver's license (no points or suspensions) and be willing to travel to patients homes and facilities in the area north of the city of Pittsburgh. If you are passionate about hospice, and have CNA experience, this may be the ideal position for you. This position is responsible to the Clinical Coordinator to provide patient care to hospice patients. Involves daily travel to do patient visits in patient's homes or in nursing facilities.
