Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, and safe nursing practices Assist with vital signs, wound care, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions as ordered Help with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support licensed nurses with patient assessments, care planning, and treatment implementation Observe, document, and report changes in patient condition to physicians and leadership Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers Provide clear communication to patients, families, and healthcare team members Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care Promote teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication
Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered State of Rhode Island CNA license High school diploma or equivalent required Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and tact Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
