Nursing Assistant We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will obtain vital signs, assisting patients to chair or stretcher, offering patients with warm blanket, snacks, and drinks, providing emotional support, and daily laundry needs. Working under the supervision of nursing staff, you will ensure our patients receive high-quality care while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Vital Signs & Monitoring:
Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration rate) and report any significant changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
Environment Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by changing blankets and pillowcases, cleaning equipment, and adhering to infection control protocols
Required Qualifications & Skills Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Empathy:
A genuine desire to care for sick patients with patience and compassion.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift at least 30 lbs, and frequently bend, stoop, and reach.
