Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Fleetwood Post Acute - Easley, SC $16-$19/hour + Shift Diff | Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts About Us Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina—just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro area. (k) with company match PRN opportunities within our network Supportive, team-oriented environment Position Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, helping ensure their comfort, dignity, and safety while working alongside a collaborative care team. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in residents' condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Follow individualized care plans Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required) Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
