  • Part-time, PRN Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant or CNA to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with activities of daily living.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role requires a blend of clinical skills and interpersonal abilities to ensure the highest standard of care. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing Support clients with mobility and transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper medication management Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation Skills Candidates should possess a combination of the following skills: Long-term care experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice settings Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, or Alzheimer's care Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support techniques Familiarity with infectious disease care, geriatrics, pediatrics, or behavioral health settings Experience in home care or community-based services for seniors or individuals with disabilities Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve by providing compassionate personal care.
