CNA, LPN, RN

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans, in electronic health record systems
• Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding healthcare needs and treatment options

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license in the state of South Dakota
• Valid LPN license in the state of South Dakota
• Valid RN license in the state of South Dakota
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
