We are currently seeking a full-time Ancillaries Billing Team Lead who is committed to patient excellence and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic therapy team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the therapy billing and collection team Ensure all PT services are accurately coded and billed in compliance with healthcare regulations and payer policies Provide guidance, resolves issues and ensure optimal revenue cycle performance for all PT services provided in the practice Provides coaching, training, schedules and performance review feedback Promote teamwork, accountability and high performance Conduct regular team meetings to address performance goals, challenges, and process improvements Ensure timely submission of claims, timely follow up of claims and accurate processing of payments

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Medical Office and previous team lead experience required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service Attentiveness to detail and accuracy in documentation
