Caregiver Location:
Texas Hill Country Territory-Office is in Boerne, TX Our Territory is in the following counties (Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Coryell, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Lampasas, Llano, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Real, San Saba)
Shifts:
Flexible, starting in 4-hour increments up to Live-In Shift opportunities, Monday - Sunday (AM & PM shifts available)
Salary:
Competitive Pay, starting at $13.00 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Continuous Paid Training Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care for elderly individuals. You will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life by helping with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility and transfer support to ensure comfort and safety Offer medication reminders Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment Provide emotional support and companionship Document and report changes in client conditions to the supervising team Encourage participation in recreational activities and social engagement Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Qualifications:
Willing to work a MINIMUM of 20 hours per month required Must be willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required (training provided) Passionate about helping elderly individuals and making a difference in their lives Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and mobility assistance Dependable, Patient, Empathetic, and Trustworthy Must maintain confidentiality and follow instructions Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license required Reliable Transportation 3 Professional References Pass a Background Check/Drug screen Why Join Us?
