- As the Home Health Aide or CNA, you will provide patients with in-home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well being.
Primary Responsibilities:
- + May provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing in bed, tub or shower; care of hair including shampoo, combing and brushing; care of teeth and mouth including denture care; nail care, filing only; skin care including peri care and applying lotion; transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair.
Required Qualifications:
- + Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation + Current CPR certification + Ability to work flexible hours and independently + Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

TX:
Must have a minimum of one-year full-time experience in direct client care in hospital or nursing facility, OR one year full- time experience within last 5 years in direct client care in agency setting, OR documented completion of training and competency evaluation program with home health experience within the last 24 months, OR documented completion of competency evaluation program with home health experience within the last 24 months, OR nursing student with documentation from director of programs or the dean of a school of nursing that states that the individual is a nursing student who has demonstrated competency in basic nursing skills aligned with the school's curriculum, OR be on Texas Department of Human Services (DHS's) Nurse Aide Registry with no findings of client abuse or neglect or misappropriation of client property. Must NOT be listed on the Employee Misconduct Registry, been revoked on the Nurse Aide Registry, or had a criminal conviction as listed in Health and Safety Code Chapter 250Preferred Qualifications:
- + 6+ months of home care experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
