We're hiring skilled caregivers to help clients heal safely at home after orthopedic, cardiac, and general surgery. About the

Role:

You'll provide specialized post-operative care—mobility assistance, fall prevention, wound monitoring, medication reminders, and emotional support during a critical recovery window. You'll work with clients who need precision, confidence, and genuine care.

What You'll Do:

Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and gait training (using gait belts, walkers, etc.) Monitor post-op recovery progress and alert families to concerns Remind clients of medications and follow post-op protocols Document detailed care notes and recovery milestones Provide emotional support during a vulnerable time Collaborate with families, therapists, and medical teams Follow strict safety and infection control protocols Who We're Looking For CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience (or RN/LVN willing to do in-home care) Strong understanding of mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Experience with post-op or rehabilitation clients (preferred) Excellent communication and documentation skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely compassionate Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What Makes This Different Specialty focus: Post-surgery recovery is our flagship—you'll develop deep expertise Consistent clients: Build trust with families during their most vulnerable moments Paid training: Specialized protocols + ongoing skill development Higher pay: $18-$20/hr reflects the skill and responsibility Career growth: Lead Caregiver and Care Coordinator paths available Founder access: Direct support and mentorship from leadership Supportive team: Monthly check-ins, quarterly reviews, and professional development Requirements Current CNA, HHA, or equivalent certification (or RN/LVN license) CPR/First Aid certification (current) Clean background check, EMR/NAR clearance, 7-year history Reliable transportation in Houston Ability to lift/assist clients safely (physical demands) Pay & Benefits $18-$20/hr based on certification and experience $200 sign-on bonus (after 30 days) 5 PTO days + 3 sick days/year (after 90 days) Paid specialized training Differential pay for overnight/live-in shifts (+$2/hr) Clear advancement to Senior Caregiver, Lead Caregiver, Care Coordinator How to Apply Call us: 888-805-5094
