We prioritize candidates who value professional stability and verifiable quality of care. Responsibilities Provide direct bedside care and assist residents with daily living activities. Monitor resident vitals and report clinical changes to the charge nurse. Maintain clean and safe resident environments according to infection control standards. Document care delivery accurately within the electronic medical record system. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individual care plans. Qualifications Valid Texas CNA certification in good standing. Must pass a criminal background check. Must be able to pass a drug screening.
