Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description Job Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management. The CNA position is central to the provision of resident care. The CNA works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Provide support in medical documentation to ensure accurate patient records. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address concerns and provide updates on care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Requirements > Active, Non-Probationary CNA License > Active, Class-Instructed CPR Certification > Fingerprint Clearance Card > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English "We stand as an unwavering monument to professionalism, exceptional care and superior healthcare outcomes. Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
