We are a 30-bed, short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment.

Position Details:

Part-time and PRN positions available Day, evening, and night shifts Weekday and weekend availability needed

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide excellent patient care with dignity and respect Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in the state of Utah Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Previous skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred but not required Why Join Thatcher Brook?
