Job Description

Stepping Stones Home Health is looking for compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides and CNAs to join our growing team! We are dedicated to helping individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes while providing high-quality, personalized care.
Responsibilities May Include:
Assisting clients with activities of daily living Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Companionship and emotional support Assisting with mobility and transfers Transportation to medical appointments and errands Monitoring and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff Supporting clients in maintaining independence and dignity
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification preferred but not required for all positions Home health or caregiving experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and reliable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening CPR certification preferred
