Employee Perks and Financial Incentives CNA Quarterly Bonus Program :
Full-Time CNAs are eligible after 90 days of earning up to $1,000.00 (with requirements met)
CNA Mentor Program :
All part and full-time employees are welcome to apply to become a CNA Mentor. The incentives that this role includes: re the pay incentives included: Paid Mentor training (at hourly rate); $2.00/hr shift differential for each Mentoring shift completed (with requirements met); up to $100.00 one-time bonus to Mentor if the new team member is still employed after 90 days.
Shift Coverage Bonuses :
In the event staffing management needs last-minute shift coverage, we will reach out with a shift coverage bonus.
Annual Performance Reviews :
One year from an employee's last pay increase, they are eligible for an annual review for upwards of a 3% pay increase. Float pool differential available for all regular full-time and part-time CNAs after orientation Regular celebrations & prize giveaways - we love recognizing our team and celebrating wins together For any questions about benefits offered to employees at our facility, please visit: ensignbenefits.com/benefit-basics/benefits-quick-glance Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) ranging from supervision to total care Monitoring and recording vital signs (including manual checks) Observing and reporting changes in patient condition to the charge nurse or nurse management Responding appropriately in emergency situations Assisting with meal service in resident rooms and dining areas (setup and cleanup) Maintaining proper uniform and appearance standards Following all attendance and facility policies Requirements Active CNA certification (REQUIRED prior to employment) Ability to walk extensively throughout a large facility and perform moderate lifting and physical tasks Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills All applicants must pass a background check and employment verification check
