Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. Specifically, NOC shift including weekends. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and support healthcare professionals in various medical settings. We have several types of shift configurations. Days shifts 7:00PM to 7:00AM Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Administer medications under the direction of healthcare providers
- Provide compassionate care to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Support patients receiving hospice care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient well-being
- Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation
- Assist in behavioral health interventions
- Assist with Activities
- Provide basic life support as needed Requirements
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent training program completion
- Proficiency in patient care techniques and protocols
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
