Your responsibilities will include:

Personal Care:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity.

Health Monitoring:

Observing clients and reporting any changes to their condition.

Household Support:

Helping with light cleaning and meal preparation to maintain a safe and welcoming home environment.

Transportation Assistance:

Providing safe and dependable rides for errands, appointments, and social events.

Companionship:

Offering conversation and engaging activities to enrich clients' lives.

Care Plan Implementation:

Following personalized care plans to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Team Collaboration:

Communicating effectively with families and care teams to ensure clients' needs are met.
