Full Job Description Company Overview:

Position Summary:

We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide in-home support to clients. If you are reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality care, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation Follow care plans and document services provided Maintain professionalism and respect client confidentiality

Requirements:

CNA or PCA (or willingness to obtain PCA certification through us) Must be employed with us for at least 60 days to qualify for certification benefits Ability to pass a criminal background check Must provide professional references Reliable transportation preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
