Licensed Nursing Assistant Trainee/Student Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge necessary for licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including disposing of waste and restocking supplies Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans Promote patient independence and autonomy while ensuring their safety and well-being
Requirements:
0 years of experience as an LNA Trainee or related role High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:
Part-time position with opportunities on all shifts once licensed Bennington, Vermont location Opportunity to work in a dynamic, compassionate and one-of-a-kind healthcare environment
What We Offer:
LNA Students will receive a total bonus of $1,700 paid in weekly installments for attending the LNA Class Starting rate of $17/hr until LNA license is received. Starting LNA rate is $21.42/hr plus differentials How to
