Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional Certified Nursing Assistant who is passionate about providing high‑quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is kind, patient, dependable, and an excellent communicator—someone who understands that in‑home care is not just a service, but a relationship built on trust, dignity, and respect.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an in‑home CNA, you will support clients with daily living needs while promoting comfort, safety, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
Providing personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support Assisting with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition Supporting medication reminders as directed Preparing simple, nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when needed Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment Offering companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating clearly with clients, families, and care teams Following individualized care plans and adhering to all safety and infection‑control protocols

REQUIREMENTS
Active Washington State CNA license Current CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Experience in in‑home care preferred, but not required for the right candidate
