About Weatherly Inn Weatherly Inn is a beautiful, family-owned community known for excellence in senior care. We work closely with families to meet the unique needs of their loved ones. We offer full-time employees (30+ hours/week) a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as paid time off and holiday pay. Weatherly Inn is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at our beautiful assisted living community in Renton. This position is for our morning shift with a 4-on/2-off rotation. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals who have a passion for serving seniors.

$21 - $22 per Hour Dental insurance Disability insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Responsibilities Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with resident care plans. Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, toileting, dressing, bathing, and escorting to and from meals. Maintain a safe, sanitary, and home-like environment. Document vital signs accurately. Report any changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor. Perform housekeeping duties as needed or directed. We are seeking responsible individuals who are hardworking, compassionate, and positive team players with a heart for the elderly. Qualifications & Skills GED or High School Diploma required. Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide license. 1st Aid/CPR certification (within 14 days of hire); Dementia and Mental Health Training (within 90 days of hire). Ability to read, write, hear, speak, and understand English. Ability to maintain confidentiality and promote an atmosphere of dignity and respect.
