Behavioral Health CNA/HCA

Caregiver (CNA / HCA / NAR) Liberty Place and Upriver Place are non-lockdown Enhanced Services Facilities supporting adults with chronic mental health conditions. Staff-to-resident ratio is 4:1.

Responsibilities:

Drive company vehicle to transport residents to appointments and outings Plan activities to keep residents engaged Support meals, hygiene, and daily routines Complete wellness checks and maintain a safe clean environment Work with nursing and mental health staff Requirements 18+ with active CNA or HCA NAR must be grandfathered (2010 or earlier) Valid driver's license required for Dayshift CPR/First Aid Schedule & Benefits
