Job Requirements:
Licensed/certified CNA/HCA's or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire. Driver's License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out) Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving) Good written and oral communication skills Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers Member businesses are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member business, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that business. All inquiries about employment at these businesses should be made directly to the business location, and not to Home Care Association of America.
