Position:

policies, medication administration procedures, and documentation requirements. Provide hands-on caregiving support, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and mealtime support. Observe residents for changes in condition, medication side effects, or concerns, and promptly report updates to the appropriate team member. Document medications, care provided, and resident status accurately and in a timely manner. Promote resident dignity, choice, comfort, and safety while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including proper medication storage, infection control, and compliance with facility policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members and perform other related duties as assigned. Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support.
