Job Description

Join Our Caring Team at Congregational Home ! At Congregational Home, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents and creating a supportive, rewarding workplace for our team members. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our growing team!
Available Shifts:
AM Shift CNA:
6:30 AM•2:30 PM or 6:30 AM•10:30
AM CMA:
6:15 AM•2:30
PM PM Shift CNA:
2:30 PM•10:30 PM or 5:00 PM•10:00
PM CMA:
2:15 PM•10:30
PM NOC Shift CNA:
10:30 PM•6:30
AM CMA:
10:15 PM•6:30
AM CNA Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility Observe and report changes in resident's conditions Support nursing staff in providing high-quality resident care Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
CMA Responsibilities:
Administer medications as prescribed Monitor and report changes in resident conditions Maintain accurate documentation and medication records Assist with resident care and daily activities Promote resident health, safety, and overall well-being Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Active Wisconsin CNA certification Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Active Wisconsin CMA certification Current Medication Aide certification Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Benefits Flexible scheduling Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance and wellness programs 401(k) with employer match Long-term disability coverage Tuition reimbursement opportunities Apply today and discover why Congregational Home is a great place to build your career and make a lasting impact!
