Requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds. Valid WY Driver's license. Able to drive clients in your vehicle. Vehicle insurance. CNA License. CPR Certification Reliable transportation. Please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements!
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior caregiving or CNA experience (1+ years in-home or facility setting).
Screening:
Must pass a company paid DHS background check.
Caregiver responsibilities may include:
Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, laundry, and linen changes. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating. Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care. Prepare meals and snacks. May include grocery shopping. Assist with incontinence care. Assist with transportation needs. This includes driving clients to appointments and errand running in your own vehicle. Assisting with budgets and money management. Assisting with communications (e.g., sorting mail, accessing email, placing phone calls, making appointments). Provide care based on an individualized plan of care.

Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
