Job Description

A premier senior living community in the Birmingham area is seeking an experienced and compassionate Memory Care Manager to lead our Memory Care neighborhood. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about dementia care, team development, and creating a supportive environment for residents and families. Position Summary The Memory Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Memory Care department, ensuring quality resident care, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and a positive resident experience. Qualifications Current and active LPN license in Alabama Preferred Previous experience in Memory Care, Assisted Living, or Senior Living required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of dementia care and state regulations Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Memory Care neighborhood Supervise and support caregivers and medication staff Monitor resident care and wellness needs Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with assessments, care planning, and service plan updates Foster a safe, engaging, and resident-centered environment Support staffing coordination and team accountability We Offer Competitive salary Benefits package Paid time off Growth opportunities Supportive leadership team Rewarding career with purpose
