Responsibilities Your Responsibilities as theLicensed Nursing Home Administrator:
Ensure the patient and resident is at the center of every decision Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations Ensure all elements of the Diversicare culture are embedded in the daily operations of the center Ensure effective stewardship is in place to meet budgetary commitments Develop an effective business plan designed to meet community and marketplace needs Ensure that quality care and services is provided to all patients, residents and that it meets the satisfaction of the patient, resident, family, physicians and other partners Qualifications Current Nursing Home Administrator License Experience in the Post-Acute Care setting Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
