Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and strong operational performance across all departments. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving both clinical and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Lead, develop, and support department heads to maintain strong team performance Monitor and improve key performance indicators including census, quality measures, and financial outcomes Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high standards of resident care Manage budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance Support admissions and census development efforts Foster a positive culture for staff, residents, and families
Qualifications:
