The Group Home Manager (GHM) oversees the daily operations of one group home for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing a safe and supportive environment for residents. Duties The Group Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all care plans are effectively implemented and that staff are supported in delivering exceptional service. The manager will supervise and manage staff to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations. Monitor budgets and financial performance of each facility, ensuring efficient use of resources. Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork among staff while promoting high-quality care for residents. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to enhance resident support services. Ensure that residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met and that they have opportunities for personal growth and community involvement. Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial management within healthcare settings. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
