AdviniaCare Venice Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Administrator to join our team at AdviniaCare Venice, a leading senior living provider in Venice, Florida. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical and administrative functions, programs, and activities within the facility. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality resident care through the development and management of facility personnel, fiscal resources, quality resident care, and a safe hazard-free environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

Oversight of the facility, provide leadership and direction for overall facility operations to provide quality patient care in accordance with all laws and regulations Oversee key areas such as financial operations, human resources, and clinical operations The Administrator assumes the lead role in the development of team goals within the facility Provides clear direction to staff through effective interpersonal communication skills Provides positive reinforcement or corrective action as needed in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

BS/AS or equivalent degree in the healthcare industry with three years of experience as a nursing home Administrator preferred 5+ years related experience Proven leadership and management skills, strong communication skills Current registration as a Nursing Home Administrator, must maintain active license in good standing throughout employment
