This is a critical leadership role for a professional who can balance clinical excellence, financial health, and strict regulatory compliance. The Role As the facility leader, you will oversee all clinical, financial, and operational functions. You will serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, staff, physicians, and government agencies, fostering a culture of resident-centered care and high employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership :

Direct all facility operations in compliance with federal, state, OSHA, CDC, and long-term care regulations.

Survey & Compliance :

Lead state and federal surveys and develop effective plans of correction; participate in QAPI and Infection Control committees.

Financial Oversight :

Manage the facility budget, monitor profit and loss statements, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Personnel Development :

Lead the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of department heads and facility staff to ensure optimal care levels.

Resident Advocacy :

Promptly address resident grievances and ensure the highest standards for resident funds and records management.

Required Qualifications License :

Current and active California Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license is mandatory.

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting.

Education :

Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred).

Expertise :

Strong understanding of CMS regulations, reimbursement systems, and personnel administration.

Skills :

Proven ability to interpret financial reports and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits Salary :

$150,000 - $165,000 per year .
