This is an outstanding opportunity for an Administrator who is passionate about resident care, operational excellence, financial stewardship, team development, and regulatory compliance. Position Summary The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care while achieving operational, financial, regulatory, and customer service goals. The Administrator will lead an interdisciplinary management team and work closely with corporate leadership to drive clinical excellence, census growth, employee engagement, and financial performance. Primary Responsibilities Direct the day-to-day operations of the facility. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational excellence. Drive census growth through marketing, business development, and community partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, IPAs, and referral partners. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, labor management, and expense control. Improve EBITDA through effective revenue management and cost containment strategies. Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to improve outcomes. Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care. Ensure survey readiness at all times and successfully lead the facility through state and federal surveys. Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives. Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to achieve clinical excellence. Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
