Proven ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments. Experience managing patient transfers using various hands-on methods Familiarity with home health regulations, medical records management, and documentation procedures within EHR or EMR systems Hands-on caregiving experience for those requiring long-term care in home Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while providing patient transfer assistance or mobility support.
